Abstract Muse ("we" or "us") is an AI chat application distributed via Google Play. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the App you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide: account details, chat messages, prompts, images, support communications, and purchase history via Google Play Billing. We never store full payment card numbers.

Information collected automatically: device model, OS version, language, app version, usage patterns, session duration, crash logs, Android ID, advertising ID, IP address, and server logs.

AI chat data: your messages may be forwarded to a third-party AI provider to generate responses. We do not sell your chat content.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide, operate, and improve the AI chat service.
• Process subscriptions and in-app purchases through Google Play Billing.
• Ensure app stability, performance, and security.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
• Respond to support requests and user inquiries.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. AI Content & Safety

Abstract Muse uses generative AI. Outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate; we make no guarantees about accuracy. The App includes content filtering, in-app reporting tools, and moderation processes. Users must not use the App to generate illegal, harmful, or non-consensual content.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request account and data deletion by emailing [email protected]. Valid deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable period.

8. Children's Privacy

Abstract Muse is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users below the age required by applicable law (under 13 in the US, under 16 in the EEA). If we learn of such collection we will delete the data and restrict access as appropriate.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We will implement appropriate safeguards to protect your data in accordance with this policy.
