Abstract Muse — AI Chat Application
By downloading, accessing, or using Abstract Muse (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country's laws) to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Abstract Muse is an AI-powered chat application that allows users to interact with generative AI models. The App may include text-based conversations, image generation, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You agree not to use the App to:
The App uses generative AI to produce responses, images, or other outputs. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI output.
You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. You must not present AI-generated content as created by a human when doing so would be misleading or deceptive.
The App includes in-app reporting tools that allow users to flag inappropriate AI-generated content. We use such reports to improve content filtering and moderation.
The App, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Abstract Muse and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely to provide the service.
Certain features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions, processed through Google Play Billing. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or Google Play policies. Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.
The App may integrate with third-party services, including AI providers and analytics tools. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABSTRACT MUSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abstract Muse, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Abstract Muse operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App, by email, or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
